Basement Finishing 

This basement was part of a larger project to update.  The stairs were questionable in stability and safety and placement of them inhibited usefulness of the main living space. And had to be rebuilt and moved to a better location.  We were able to relocate all mechanicals to the basement while creating a large storage area, bedroom, bathroom and play area, TV space.
