Vinny

1330 sq ft on the main floor features a 3 bedroom  2 bathroom split floor plan.  Great front covered porch, back patio and 2 car garage.  Nice open floor plan allows for entertaining.  Lots of storage with a kitchen pantry, front coat closet, hall linen closets, mud room/laundry off the garage.  Basement optional.

Justin

1681 sq ft on the main floor features a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom split floor plan.  Master bedroom suite includes a beautiful 5 piece bath and walk in closet.  Large U-shaped kitchen perfectly accommodates many hands prepping and creating family meals.  The adjoining dining area compliments the kitchen.  Covered front and back patios.  Very large mud room/laundry room off the garage.  Option for 3 car, side load garage or 2 car front load garage.  

Customization is always welcome, whether a gas fireplace, wood burning fireplace, built in bookshelves or other alterations that best accommodate the homeowner.

This spacious rancher boasts 1484 sq ft of living space on the main floor, featuring a bright, open floor plan with large living room and easy access to the rear patio.  The layout seamlessly flows into the kitchen and dining areas, perfect for both everyday living and entertaining.  The split floor plan offers privacy, with the master suite located on one side complete with attached bath and walk-in closet.  Optional basement offers the opportunity to build out additional bedrooms, bath and living areas.

Hannah Rose

Enjoy the sprawling feel of this ranch style home with split bedroom floor plan in 1692 sq ft of living space on the main floor.  The master suits is nicely appointed with a four piece bath and walk in closet.  Compliment that with a huge three car garage.

Benjamin

The Benjamin is a duplex built on a crawl space.  Each unit consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms filling 1430 sq ft.  This is an amazing floor plan for anyone looking to build an investment property.
